In one word . . . AMAZING!
Excellent quality of work, detail oriented, timely, tidy and no BS! We were referred to Better Way Home Improvement by our handyman. We called and requested a site visit and estimate. They showed up within a couple of days, listened to what we needed and explained everything they would do that was included in their price. They even informed us about the rebates that were available to us.
They were very quick to respond and to start the project. This crew showed up early every day and worked hard into the evening, they did not slack off at all. We had 17 windows replaced in no time at all. They had a dumpster delivered the first day they started working and it was picked up on the last day they were here. They didn’t leave anything behind. Each day they would clean up around themselves throughout the day, using a Shop-vac (very tidy) and they never left any debris laying around the house.
Pleasantly surprised by how well and how quickly they work together, (very efficient). They answered any questions I had and if they had questions about anything they would immediately ask me to address it. Very detail oriented in their work and their interaction.
We live in a raised Ranch and all four sides of our home were completed in about one week! (Good weather permitted this). They also replaced all gutters around the home and our front Storm Door. They removed all the old siding, attached new weather seal and new insulation to the outside of our home and then installed beautiful new siding. We had a couple of trouble spots around our home and a couple of our windowsills were rotted. Better Way replaced the wood in these areas and made them brand new! Our front post bean was also rotted and they replaced it!
During the project, people would stop while passing by to admire the new look. We received many calls from our neighbors about how great our home looks and how fast the work was performed. We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. What a great job! We can’t wait to contact Better Way next year for our deck project! We will absolutely be referring them to everyone we know. Being a business owner myself, I know and appreciate the word of mouth referrals and they definitely earned my endorsement!
